A GENERAL ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 76, SCHEDULE IV OF
RICHMOND CODE REGARDING STREETS AND AREAS WHERE PARKING
IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
WHEREAS, Chapters 74 and 76 of Richmond Code regulate parking within the City of
Richmond; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 76, Schedule IV regulates areas where parking is prohibited at all times;
and
WHEREAS; An emergency need to prohibit parking has recently arisen and it is in the best
interest of the City of Richmond to amend Chapter 76, Schedule IV with
additions.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond that
current Chapter 76, Schedule IV of the City Code be modified as follows:
SCHEDULE IV. PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
In accordance with 74.12 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall at any
time park a vehicle upon any of the following described streets or parts thereof.
