APPLICATION #ZM-39 by RANDALL W. AND DELORES Y. DeHART
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider Application Number ZM-39 by
Randall W. and Delores Y. DeHart to have rezoned from R-2 to MC, 3.0495
acres of land located on both sides of Memorial Drive shall be published
in the Loudoun Times Mirror on
