RESOLUTION NO. 82-38 ADOPTED March 24, 1982
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH DEWBERRY & DAVIS FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR
SOUTH HARRISON STREET AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with the firm of Dewberry & Davis for design and survey services for the South
Harrison St. Project in accordance with Dewberry & Davis' proposal 5772 dated
March 19,1982 in an amount not to exceed $67,300.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the General Fund to Account No.
9030.703, Engineering and Design in the amount of $67,300.
