A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO CERTIFY JUST COMPENSATION FOR PRO-
PERTY ACQUISITION IN THE SOUTH HARRISON STREET CO}{MUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The town manager as required by Title 25, Chapter 6, Article 5 of
the Code of Virginia, 1950, amended shall certify just compensation as determined
from an appraisal and the review appraisal for the property of Thomas Blankenship,
Virginia Electric and Power Company, Clinton Saffer and Herbert Bryant Associates
to be acquired by the town for the South Harrison Street Community Development
Project.
