SPECIAL MEETING
December 14, 2005
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East Center
Street, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 6:00 PM. In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle
Bailey, Keith Brewer, Jeffrey Davis and Rob Sweeten. Also in
attendance were City Recorder Rachel Ellison and Teen Center Director
Joanna Sewall. In attendance from the Grand County Special Service
District Recreation Board were Jim Salmon, Marcy Clokey-Till, Tim
Smith, Jean Vickers, Jim Lewis, Mike Steele and Marion Bandle. Two
members of the audience and media were present.
SPECIAL MEETING & Al"IENDANCE
The purpose of the special meeting was a Discussion with the Recreation RECREATION ISSUES DISCUSSION
board regarding recreation issues. Marcy Clokey-Till made a brief
presentation and discussion followed among the Mayor, City Council
and Board Members.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:32 PM. ADJOURNMENT
