ago. There is no provision in our Ordinances to grant extensions
on variances
You requested in your letter of March 13, 1991 that you be placed
on the agenda of the Architectural Review and Planning Board and
the Town Commission for this purpose. I will of course honor your
request to be heard. However, the variance expires on April 18, 1991
and Architectural Review and Planning Board does not meet until
April 3, 1991 and the Town Commission does not meet until April 12, 1991.
In the event you are not aware of the pending Ordinance Amendments,
please be advised that Zoning in Progress has been declared on
second story construction. If circumstances were such that a re-
submission would be necessary, there is a possibility that your
project could be affected.
