A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
TRACT MAP NO. 60553
WHEREAS, the development at 3125 - 3173 Redwood Avenue requires the
preparation and recordation of Tract Map No. 60553; and
WHEREAS, the developer of said development has completed all off-site
improvements required by Tract Map No. 60553; and
WHEREAS, the final Tract Map No. 60553 has been reviewed by the Los
Angeles County Engineer for accuracy and compliance with the State Subdivision Map
Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance. It is now ready to be accepted by the City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the final Tract_Map No. 60553.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 31st day of JULY, 2006.
