Leesburg Hosts 20th Annual Holiday Fine Arts and Crafts Show
on Saturday & Sunday, December 4 & 5, 2010
at Ida Lee Park Recreation Center
Leesburg, VA (November 30, 2010) – Need a gift for that person who has everything? Want a
great hostess or teacher gift that goes beyond just a gift card? Leesburg’s 20th annual Holiday
Fine Arts and Craft Show is the place to find it!
The show will be held on main and lower levels of Ida Lee Park Recreation Center on Saturday,
December 4, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 5, 2010, from 10:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m. This show features over 90 local and regional artisans selling a variety of one-of-a-
kind items like candles, stained glass, carved wood, jewelry, food products, table linens, and
much more. More than 25 new vendors will be featured this year, alongside local favorites
including Parsonage Handmade Soaps, The Golden Thistle Jewelry and The Chile Man. All
products featured at this show go through a jury process to ensure the best quality for
shoppers. Every product featured is also guaranteed handmade by the person selling—this
creates a prime opportunity to customize your purchase or learn the details behind the process.
“The thing I love best about the show is to see the following that long-time vendors develop
with the shoppers who come each year for that special gift that they can’t find anywhere else,”
Linda Fountain, show organizer, said.
Door prize drawings will be held hourly each day. Lucky winners will have the opportunity to
pick their prize from the dozens of items donated by show artisans.
Find something for everyone on your shopping list and a little something to brighten your home
this season. The event is free to the public -- no admission or parking fees. The fine arts and
craft show is holiday shopping at its best!
