RESOLUTION NO. 82-69 ADOPTED May 26, 1982
A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING LEGAL COUNSEL TO REPRESENT TOWN PERTAINING TO
ELECTRIC POWER FRANCHISE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall appoint Spiegel and McDiarmid of Washington,
D.C. as legal counsel to represent the town in matters pertaining to an
electric power franchise.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the General Fund to Account
Number 1204.302, Legal Services, in the amount of $5,000 for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1982.
