A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF LEESBURG AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS
(ADAP 5~51-0027-03)
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter into a unit price
contract with Perry Engineering Company, Inc. of Leesburg, Virginia for Leesburg
Airport Improvements (ADAP 5-51-0027-03) in accordance with contract documents,
plans and specifications dated January, 1982, prepared by Dewberry & Davis and as
revised by the Director of Engineering's letter dated May 11, 1982, at a contract
price of $38,083.00.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the Airport Fund to Account Number
6000.730, Safety and Maintenance, in the amount of $40,000 for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1982.
