SPECIAL MEETING
January 13, 2005
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 10:00 AM. In attendance were Councilmembers
Gregg Stucki, Keith Brewer, Jeffrey Davis, Rob Sweeten, and Kyle
Bailey. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler, City
Recorder Rachel Ellison, Public Works Director Brent Williams, City
Planner Robert Hugie and three members of the audience were present.
Councilmember Sweeten moved to approve a Final Plat of the Orchard
Place, Phase II Subdivision. Councilmember Bailey seconded the
motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye.
Councilmember Brewer moved to approve an Improvements Agreement
Addendum #3 Between the City of Moab and Joseph Robert and Mary
Lee Downard. Councilmember Stucki seconded the motion. The
motion carried 5-0 aye.
Councilmember Bailey moved to adjourn. Councilmember Sweeten
seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 10:08 AM.
