TOWN OF LEESBURG

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

AUTHORIZING YOUNT, HYDE & BARBOUR, P.C., TO CONDUCT ANNUAL AUDIT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C., certified public accountants, is authorized
to conduct the annual audit for the Town of Leesburg at a cost not to exceed
$10,200 unless the scope of the audit extends beyond normal circumstances.
Twenty-five copies of the final report shall be delivered to the Town by Oc-
tober 31, 1982.
