RESOLUTION NO. 82-80 ADOPTED June 23, 1982
A RESOLUTION: RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND FOR SECTION 2 OF HERITAGE SQUARE
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved a preliminary development plan
for Section 2 of Heritage Square for single family condominium units, and
WHEREAS, on April 11, 1979 in Resolution No. 79-57 council authorized an
agreement, approved a performance bond and the extension of municipal sewer
works for Heritage Square Section 2, and
WHEREAS, Shor Leesburg Associates on June 7, 1982 requested release
of that performance bond because this development plan will not be followed and
has expired.
NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I.
SECTION II.
Council Resolution No. 79-57 is hereby rescinded.
Hartford Accident Indemnity Company Bond No. N4423527 in the
amount of $26,736.30 is released.
