A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE SIDEWALK AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS.PROJECT, PROJECT
NUMBER 05-5324, AS BEING COMPLETE `
WHEREAS, on May 16, 2005, the City Council awarded a contract to Damon
Construction Company; the project began on June 19, 2006, and was completed on June
12, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the project is funded by.the Transportation Development Act (TDA);+and
WHEREAS, the final payable construction cost is $38,957; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on July 26, 2006 and found that all
work is complete in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Lynwood City Council DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM,
ORDER AND RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That the Lynwood City Council accepts the Sidewalks at Various
Locations Project, Project Number 05-5324, as complete in accordance with. contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5TH day of September 2006.
