A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING LEASE OF 39, 41 and 45 SOUTH HARRISON STREET TO JAMES
AND FRANCES A. McKIMMEY
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia as follows:
The manager shall enter into an agreement on behalf of the town in a form
approved by the Town Attorney with James and Frances A. McKimmey for lease of the
buildings at 39, 41 and 45 South Harrison Street.
