AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT FOR MISDEMEANOR PROSECUTION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager shall enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth's At-
torney for Loudoun County for misdemeanor prosecution from July 1, 1982 to
June 30, 1983 at a cost not to exceed $150 per month.
