GRANTING DEED TO COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA FOR PURPOSES OF
CONSTRUCTION OF PART OF ROUTE 860 BETWEEN STATE ROUTE 621
AND STATE ROUTE 617
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The mayor shall execute a deed made the 28th day of July, 1982 by and
between the Town of Leesburg and the Commonwealth of Virginia of a strip or
parcel of land over the lands of the grantor needed for the location and con-
struction or other improvement of part of Route 860 between State Route 621
and State Route 617 so as to make a total width of right-of-way of 50 feet.
