PRIORI~ LIST FOR STEP III FUNDS FOR WAST~ATER T~ATMENT I~ROVE-

~E~AS, the Tow of Leesburg Wastewater ~nagement Facility Pi~ was ~proved
by the State Water Control Board in 1981; and
~E~, Leesburg's Step II grant for design of wastewater treatment improve-
ments ~d e~ansion was approved in 1982; and
~E~AS, plans and specifications for wastewater treatment improvements and
e~ansion will be completed before June 1, 1983; and
~E~, Leesburg was ranked fifth on the fiscal year 1983 construction grants
priority list by the Virginia State Water Control Board for Step III construction;
and p~lic hearing to be held on August 31, 1982:

follows:
T~ proposed fiscal year 1983 construction grant priority list p~lished for
cogent by the Virginia State Water Control Board is supported by the To~ of
Leesburg provided Leesburg retains its position for Step III funds in fiscal
year 1983. A copy of this resolution shall be sub~tted to the State Water Con-
trol Board for its August 31, 1982 public hearing.
