APPOINTING A DEPUTY ZONING ADMINISTP~TOR
WHEREAS, Section 7A-1 of the Charter authorizes appointment of acting and
deputy zoning administrators; and
WHEREAS, the town manager on May 12, 1976 was appointed acting zoning ad-
ministrator; and
WHEREAS, efficient zoning ordinanc~ administration requires appointment of
a deputy zoning administrator to act in the absence of the'zoning administrator
or the acting zoning administrator:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The assistant to the town manager for community development is appointed
deputy zoning administrator to ac~ in the absence of the zoning administrator or
acting zoning administrator.
