A RESOLUTION: 82-116 TOWN OF LEESBURG IN LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA PRESENTED AMENDED ADOPTED August 25~ 1982 September 8~ 1982 September 8~ 1982 INITIATING AMENDMENT OF THE LEESBURG ZONING ORDINANCE CONCERNING PIPESTEMAND IRREGULAR LOTS WHEREAS, the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance provides inadequate rules for the regulation of pipestem and irregular lots: THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: SECTION I. An amendment of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance is hereby initiated to add Section 8-2-11-9, Pipestem and Irregular Lots, to read as follows: 8-2-11-9 Pipestem and Irregular Lots. Main buildings and accessory structures on pipestem or irregular lots subdivided under Sections 13-75 or 13-91 of the Town Code shall be located within the building lines shown on the final plat of the subdivision in which the lot is located. SECTION II. The Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing and submit a report to the Council in line with the provisions of Sec. 15.1-493, 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, on this proposed amendment.
