A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO RELATING TO THE
PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN DOCUMENTS RELATING TO
APPLICATIONS, GRANT AGREEMENTS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS
RELATING TO WASTEWATER FACILITY PLANNING GRANTS.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall intends to develop a study of and plan for the wastewater
facilities of the the City Wastewater System, such study and plan being necessary to
determine the needs of the area for health, safety, and wellbeing of the people; and
WHEREAS, the study and plan are to be developed in accordance with the requirements
in Idaho "Administration of Wastewater Treatment Facility Grants" (IDAPA 58.01.04),
and will set forth wastewater facilities required to be constructed to serve the needs of the
area; and
WHEREAS, the costs of the planning of the wastewater facilities are eligible for state
funding;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Mayor and Council of the City of McCall,
Idaho, that the Mayor of the City of McCall is hereby designated to sign applications,
grant agreements and amendments, and other documents relating to wastewater facilities
planning grants when so authorized by the City Council.
