RESOLUTION NO. 82-130 ADOPTED October 13, 1982
A RESOLUTION: EXTENDING TIME FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND PERFORM-
ANCE BOND FOR PART OF PARCEL M - VIRGINIA VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, a request has been received from the developer to extend the time
for completion of public improvements and performance guarantee for part of
Parcel M, Section 1, Virginia Village Warehouse Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, the contract for public improvements expired in June 1982; and
WHEREAS, the town attorney has reviewed this request and determined that
the time for completion can be extended;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The performance guarantee, contract for public improvements and the water
and sewer extension permits are extended until January 1, 1984 for part of Par-
cei M, Section 1, Virginia Village Warehouse Development Plan, on the condition
the developer executes a new contract for public improvements and new water and
sewer extension permit forms.
