RESOLUTION NO. 82-133 ADOPTED October 13, 1982
A RESOLUTION: WAIVING AVAILABILITY FEES FOR RESTROOM FACILITIES FOR MULTI-
PURPOSE ATHLETIC FIELD AT LOUDOUN COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the Place to Play Committee and the Loudoun County School Board
are cooperating in the construction of a lighted multi-purpose athletic field
at Loudoun County High School, including construction of public restroom fa-
cilities; and
WHEREAS, costs for the project are being paid partly from voluntary
donations;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The manager shall not charge water and sewer availability fees for pub-
lic restroom facilities to be constructed through the efforts of the Place to
Play Committee at the Loudoun County High School.
