A RESOLUTION: EXTENDING AGREEMENT, PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR INSTALLATION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND TIME FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR BROWN'S MEADOW SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Council resolution 80-106 authorized an agreement for installation
of public improvements for Brown's Meadow subdivision which required the improve-
ments to be completed on or before October 8, 1982, and
WHEREAS the developer has requested a one-year extension of the time for
completion of public improvements.
THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The contract for public improvements and performance guarantee
for installation of public improvements for Brown's Meadow subdivision is extended
to require completion on or before October 8, 1983.
