TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

APPROVING WATER WORKS AND SEWER EXTENSION PERMIT FORMS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Water works extension permits shall be submitted for approval
in substantially the following form:
WATERWORKS EXTENSION PERMIT
The Developer, being the
(owner, lesee, tenant, etc.)
of the property described as
hereby requests a permit to extend the Town of Leesburg's waterworks.
In consideration of the granting of this permi~ the Developer agrees to:
1. Accept and abide by all applicable local, state and federal
regulations for extension of public waterworks.

Enter into a contract for public improvements (Form PC-2) with
the town which provides for installation of waterworks and other
public facilities by the developer.
Install all facilities in accordance with plans and specifications
prepared by a certified professional engineer and approved by the
town's Director of Engineering and maintain the waterworks until
such time the facilities are accepted by the town.
4. Furnish the town with as-built construction drawings.
Convey, by appropriate instrument, all permanent easements and fee
simple title to required land to the town. The Developer agrees
that after acceptance by the town the waterworks facilities instal-
led are the property of the town.

substantially the following form:
SEWER EXTENSION PERMIT
The Developer, being the
(owner, lesee, tenant, etc.)
of the property described as
hereby requests a permit to extend the Town of Leesburg's sewer system.
In consideration of the granting of this permit, the Developer agrees to:
1. Accept and abide by all applicable local, state and federal regu-
lations for extension of public sewer.

Enter into a contract for public improvements (Form PC-2) with the
town which provides for installation of sewer facilities and other
public facilities by the developer.
Be
Design and install all facilities to serve the entire watershed in
accordance with plans and specifications prepared by a certified
professional engineer and approved by the town's Director of
Engineering and maintain the sewer facilities until such time the
facilities are accepted by the town.
4. Furnish the town with as-built construction drawings.
Convey, by appropriate instrument, all permanent easements and fee
simple title to required land to the town. The Developer agrees
that after acceptance by the town the sewer facilities installed
are the property of the town.
