A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF PROPOSED
AMENDMENTS TO THE LEESBURG ZONING ORDINANCE AND
SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
REGARDING PIPESTEM LOTS.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider certain proposed
amendments to the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision and
Land Development Regulations regarding pipestem lots shall be
published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on November 4, ,
1982 and November 11 , 1982 for Public Hearing
on November 24 , 1982 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 10 West Loudoun Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
