RESOLUTION NO. 82-144 ADOPTED October 27, 1982
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A LOAN FROM THE UTILITY FUND TO THE AIRPORT FUND AND
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, grant funds to pay for construction costs are forthcoming and it
is the town's interest to pay its contractors promptly; and
WHEREAS, there is not sufficient airport fund operating cash at this time
to make the full payment to the contractor;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. A loan is authorized to be made from the Utility Fund to the
Airport Fund in the amount of $25,000 at an interest rate of nine percent simple.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made to the Airport Fund, Account No.
6000.901, interest in the amount of $300 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1983.
