AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE A (SPEED LIMITS),
SUBPARAGRAPH D (FORTY MILES PER HOUR), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF ELLIS BOULEVARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule A (Speed
Limits), Subparagraph (d) (Forty miles per hour), of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby modified pertaining to a portion of Ellis Boulevard, as follows:
Ellis Blvd: from Rosewood Drive to the' Char h Tanner Bridge Road.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
