AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION, AND FORESTRY TO PARTICIPATE IN
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PURSUANT TO SECTION 26A-65 OF THE CITY
CODE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF FIELD LIGHTING FOR SCOTT AND BYRD
FIELDS
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 26A-65 of the City Code, the City Council hereby
authorizes and directs the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Forestry to utilize
cooperative purchasing through The Interlocal Purchasing Systems (TIPS) for the
replacement of field lighting on Scott and Byrd fields.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval. �"
