A RESOLUTION:
TOWN OF LEESBURG

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA

AUTHORIZING A ONE-YEAR LEASE WITH THE VIRGINIA BEEF CORPORATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter into a contract
on behalf of the town with Virginia Beef Corporation for a one-year extension of
its current lease of 20.7841 acres of airport clear zone at an annual rent of
$1,000.
SECTION II. The manager shall extend to the Virginia Beef Corporation
an option to renew the subject property for an additional year beginning November 15,
1983 at the same rent as established in Section I herein.
