RESOLUTION NO. 82-151 ADOPTED November 15, 1982
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR THE SOUTH HARRISON STREET COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall enter into a contract with Dewberry & Davis
for construction engineering services for the South Harrison Street Community
Development Project in an amount not to exceed $6,000.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the general fund to Account
No. 4102.700, Harrison Street extended design construction in the amount of
$6,000 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1983.
