SPECIAL MEETING
April 6, 2004
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 7:00 PM. In attendance were Councilmembers
Jeffrey Davis, Keith Brewer, and Kyle Bailey. Also in attendance were
City Manager Donna J. Metzler, City Recorder Rachel Ellison,
Recreation Director Marcy Clokey-Till, and Planning and Community
Development Director David.
Councilmember Bailey moved to set an adjournment time of 8:30 PM..
Councilmember Brewer seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0
aye.
Councilmember Davis moved to approve a Street Performer Permit for
Rocco Bradford to Conduct Street Performances Located at 83 South
Main Street from April 6 to April 12, 2004. Councilmember Bailey
seconded the motion. Councilmember Sweeten arrived at 7:05 PM. The
motion carried 4-0 aye.
Councilmember Stucki arrived at 7:15 PM.
City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the proposed
budget for fiscal year 2004/2005. Discussion followed.
Councilmember Bailey moved to set an adjournment time of 8:45 PM.
Councilmember Brewer seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0
aye.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 9:20 PM.
