COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, OCTOBER 19, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The October 19, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:46 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich,
Prather, Schreiber, and Ward
Arrived after
meeting
convened: Scrivner (arrived at 5:48 P.M.)
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Discussion was held regarding the correct method to hear the presentations from
the gallery on the Chestnut Street issue. City Counselor Hilpert provided a brief
refresher on Council rules in the Code.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:03 P.M.
