COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, NOVEMBER 2, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The November 2, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:46 P.M.
by Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Scrivner, and Ward
Arrived late Branch (arrived at 5:50 P.M.)
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin indicated she would like to add a proclamation under Item 4(d) in
recognition of the Kansas City Royals winning the 2015 World Series
Championship on November 1.
Bill 2015-59 (Chestnut Street Vacation) – Councilman Scrivner stated he plans
to leave the bill on the Informal Calendar.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:53 P.M.
