A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM NATIONAL CttlLDRENS REHABILI-
TATION CENTER AND ALFRED A. AND HARRY C. PERRY & ASSOCIATES
FOR CATOCTIN CIRCLE WEST
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Deed of Easement made the 23rd day of November, 1982 by and between
National Childrens Rehabilitation Center and Alfred A. and Harry C. Perry and
the Town of Leesburg for construction and maintenance of an extension of Ca-
toctin Circle is hereby accepted.
PASSED this 26th day of January , 1983.
