A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND
TRANSFER $171,908.84 OF UNAPPROPRIATED LOS ANGELES COUNTY
REGIONAL PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT PROP A EXCESS FUNDS TO THE
LYNWOOD PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO.OS-5310
WHEREAS, the City has received an allocation of $171,908.84 of Proposition A
Excess Funds from the Los Angeles County Regional Parks and Open Space District; and
WHEREAS, Proposition A Excess Funds is on a reimbursement basis; and
WHEREAS, the agreement has been execute between the City and The Los
Angeles County Regional and Open Space District for the Lynwood Park Improvements Project;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available in unappriopriated Proposition A Excess funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to make the
following fund appropriation and transfer:

$171,908.84 $171,908.84
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
