A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO POST BALDWIN
AVENUE BETWEEN DAINES DRIVE AND LOWER
AZUSA ROAD BETWEEN DECEMBER 28, 1965
AND MARCH 14, 1966, SATURDAYS AND HOLI-
DAYS WITH CERTAIN NO PARKING - TOW AWAY
SIGNS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to post Baldwin Avenue between Daines Drive and Lower
Azusa Road in the City of Temple City with "No Parking" and "Tow
Away Zone" signs between December 28, 1965 and March 14, 1966,
Saturdays and Holidays from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on the east
side, and from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on the west side.
SECTION 2. The City Council does specifically adopt this
resolution in accordance with the Traffic Code of the City of Temple
City (Adopted by Section 3301 of the Temple City Municipal Code)
and finds, pursuant to Section 3109 of the said Traffic Code of the
City of Temple City, that parking on Baldwin Avenue between Daines
Drive and Lower Azusa Road, on Saturdays and Holidays, between
December 28, 1965 and March 14, 1966, constitutes a traffic hazard
and any vehicle parked during the prohibited days shall be removed
pursuant to Section 22652 of the Vehicle Code of the State of Cali-
fornia and other applicable laws.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of December, 1965.
