A RESOLUTION: ESTABLISHING A PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE TOWN OF LEESBURG.
WHEREAS, the Town should encourage competition in public purchasing
among vendors and contractors and should fairly and equitably administer
purchasing policies to obtain the highest quality goods and services at the
lowest possible price:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The Leesburg Purchasing Policy Manual dated January 14, 1983, to be on
file with the Clerk, is adopted as the purchasing policy of the Town and all
purchases made by the Town shall be in accordance with the policies and pro-
cedures set out in the Manual.
