SPECIAL MEETING
May 4, 2004
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 7:00 PM. In attendance were Councilmembers
Jeffrey Davis, Keith Brewer, and Kyle Bailey. Also in attendance were
City Manager Donna J. Metzler, City Recorder Rachel Ellison, Public
Works Director Brent Williams, City Treasurer Jennie Ross, Police
Chief Mike Navarre and Police Lieutenant Scott Mallon.
Councilmember Davis moved to Award the Skakel Springs Discharge
Pipeline Project to KSUE Corporation in the amount of $35,837.00.
Councilmember Brewer seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0
aye.
Councilmembers Gregg Stucki and Rob Sweeten arrived at 7:05 PM.
Councilmember Bailey moved to approve the Skakel Springs Discharge
Pipeline Project Contract. Councilmember Brewer seconded the motion.
The motion carried 5-0 aye.
City Manager Metzler made a presentation regarding the proposed
budget for fiscal year 2004/2005. Discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 8:27 PM.
