RESOLUTION NO. 83-30 ADOPTED February 23, 1983
A RESOLUTION: RECOMMENDING APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
WHEREAS, the term of Benjamin F. Jackson as a member of the Leesburg Board
of Zoning Appeals expired on December 31, 1982;
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Council recommends the reappointment of Benjamin F. Jackson to the Leesburg
Board of Zoning Appeals for a term of five years, said term to expire December 31,
1987, and the town attorney is directed to send Council's recommendation to the
Judge of the Circuit Court.
