WHEREAS, MACTEC was selected to prepare the Pavement Management
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AWARDING A CONTRACT TO MACTEC IN THE AMOUNT OF $37,923.00 FOR'
THE PAVEMENT MANGEGMENT SYSTEM PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5286
FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Pavement Management System Project, Project No. 05-
5286 is funded by Prop C and is listed in the FY 2004-2005, budget; and
System project; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $37,923.00 was negotiated with MACTEC
for the Pavement Management System Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for Pavement Management System Project,
Project No.05-5286 be awarded to MACTEC for the negotiated price of $37,923.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
between the City of Lynwood and MACTEC.
