A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE EXISTING CONTRACT WITH RJM DESIGN GROUP, INC. FOR
THE AMOUNT OF $4,140.00 FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
SERVICES FOR LYNWOOD MEADOWS PARK PROJECT NO. 05-5289 FISCAL
YEAR 2004-2005, AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, additional features will be added to the Lynwood Meadows Park
design, based on Master Plan on input from the workshops; and
WHEREAS, additional design work beyond the original scope of work and
RJM Group, Inc. has requested additional compensation for said work: and
WHEREAS, a fee of $4,140.00, was negotiated with RJM Design Group, Inc
for additional design services associated with Lynwood Meadows Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
$4,140.00.
Section 1. That the RJM Group, Inc contract be amended in the amount of

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
