A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE EXISTING CONTRACT WITH NBCE, INC. FOR THE AMOUNT OF
$19,500.00 FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR' LYNWOOD
MEADOWS PARK PROJECT NO. 05-5289 FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005, AND
AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE
CONTRACT AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, Lynwood Meadows Park, Project No.05-5289 and is listed in the
FY 2004-2005, budget and NBCE, Inc. was selected to provide civil engineering survey
services for Lynwood Meadows Park; and
WHEREAS, the additional work is beyond the original scope of work and
NBCE, Inc. has requested additional compensation for said work: and
WHEREAS, a fee of $19,500.00, was negotiated with NBCE, Inc for
additional civil engineering design services associated with Lynwood Meadows Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the NBCE, Inc contract be amended in the amount of
$19,500.00.
Section 2. That the City Manger or designee is hereby authorized to execute
the Contract Amendment in the amount of $19,500.00
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately .upon its adoption.

October , 2004.
