A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY REQUESTING
ADDITIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES
WITHIN THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY,
CALIFORNIA, FROM THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY SHERIFF "S DEPARTMENT UNDER
THE LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES AGREE-
MENT.
The City Council of the City of Temple City, California,
does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City,
pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Law Enforcement Services
Agreement, dated February 1, 1964, and entered into by and between
the County of Los Angeles and the City of Temple City, does hereby
request the County of Los Angeles, through the County Sheriff's
Department, to provide additional Law Enforcement Services, said
services being in addition to those heretofore requested by the Law
Enforcement Services Agreement.
Section 2. In addition to the General Law Enforcement
Services nuw being provided to the City of Temple City, pursuant to
the Law Enforcement Services Agreement, the City Council hereby re-
quests additional traffic control service for the period December
28, 1965 to March 14, 1966 at the intersections of:
a, Holly Avenue and Live Oak Avenue
b. Baldwin Avenue and Live Oak Avenue
c, Baldwin Avenue and Lower Azusa
Section 3. It is hereby requested that the Board of Super-
visors or its designated agent or agency approve and authorize the
performance of services requested in this Resolution, subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Law Enforcement Services Agree-
ment dated February 1, 1964.
Section 4. The City Clerk is directed to forward a Certi-
fied Copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
to the County Sheriff's Office, and to the Chief Administrative
Office, County of Los Angeles.
