RESOLUTION NO. 83-63 ADOPTED May 11, 1983
A RESOLUTION: REPEALING RESOLUTION 83-43 AND SHOWING INTENT OF COUNCIL NOT TO
ACCEPT PARK AREA DEDICATION FROM DEVELOPER OF SILVER OAKS SUBDI-
VISION
WHEREAS, on March 3, 1983 the Planning Commission approved the preliminary plat
of Silver Oaks Subdivision which included two park sites, Site A and B;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as fol-
lOWS:
SECTION I. Resolution No. 83-43 is repealed.
SECTION II. The council shall not accept for public use and maintenance any
portions of park sites or open space, other than streets and utility easements, as
shown on the approved preliminary plat of Silver Oaks Subdivision.
