AUTHORIZING YOUNT, HYDE AND BARBOUR, P.C., TO CONDUCT ANNUAL AUDIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING 1983
WHEREAS, proposals were solicited to conduct the annual audit for the Town
of Leesburg and, of those proposals received, that of Yount, Hyde and Barbour, P.C.,
was judged as best:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as fol-
lows:
Yount, Hyde and Barbour, P.C., Certified Public Accountants, shall conduct
the annual audit for the Town of Leesburg at a cost not to exceed $8,500 unless
the scope of the audit extends beyond normal circumstances. Thirty-five copies
of the final report shall be delivered to the town by November 15, 1983.
