A RESOLUTION: ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission may prepare and revise annually a capital
improvements program based on the town's comprehensive plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the capital improvements
program for fiscal years 1984-1989, as revised, to Council for adoption; and
WHEREAS, a capital improvements program provides guidance for long-range
capital budgeting decisions; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the proposed capital improvements program was
held on May 25, 1983.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The capital improvements program for fiscal years 1984-1989 is
adopted.
SECTION II. The Planning Cormnission is directed to prepare a revised
capital improvements program for fiscal years 1985-1990.
