SPECIAL MEETING
July 2, 2004
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Special
Meeting to order at 9:00 AM. In attendance were Councilmembers
Jeffrey Davis, Keith Brewer, Gregg Stucki, and Kyle Bailey. Also in
attendance were City Manager Donna J. Metzler, City Recorder Rachel
Ellison and City Attorney McAnany.
Councilmember Brewer moved to enter an Executive Session for a
strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
Councilmember Stucki seconded the motion. The motion carried 4-0
aye.
An Executive Session was entered at 9:05 PM.
Councilmember Stucki moved to close the executive session.
Councilmember Bailey seconded the motion. The motion carried 4-0
aye.
The executive session was closed at 9:18 AM.
Councilmember Bailey moved to adjourn. Councilmember Stucki
seconded the motion. The motion carried 4-0 aye.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 9:22 PM.
