A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT
IMPERIAL HIGHWAY AND APRICOT STREET (VACATED), PROJECT NO.
5-5292, AS BEING COMPLETE."
~,~ WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to C. T. & F., Inc.,
for the Traffic Signal Improvement Project at Imperial Highway and Apricot Street
~~ ~ (vacated), Project No. 05-5292; and
WHEREAS, the project started on September 27, 2004, and was
completed on October 15, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $64,589; and
WHEREAS, staff conducted the final inspection on October 18,
2004, and found that all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance
with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accept the Traffic Signal
Improvement Project at Imperial Highway and Apricot Street (vacated), Project
No. 05-5292, as being complete and in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of
November ,2004.
