Blue Ridge Tax, Inc. to Hold Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on
Monday, December 20, 2010
Leesburg, VA (December 15, 2010) – At 5:00 p.m., on Monday, December 20, 2010, Town of
Leesburg officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for Blue Ridge Tax, Inc., located at 26
South King Street in Historic Downtown Leesburg. Mayor Kristen C. Umstattd will be officiating.
Blue Ridge Tax, Inc. is a Certified Public Accounting firm licensed in the Commonwealth of
Virginia specializing in the provision of tax services to businesses and individuals including tax
compliance, tax planning, tax audit defense, legal entity selection and formation as well as
other specialized and general tax services. Owner Charles E. Hartman, CPA, CFP®, also plans to
provide interim “Tax Director” services to larger private and public companies.
Mr. Hartman has been providing services to diverse clients and organizations for eighteen
years. He holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from West Virginia University and a
graduate degree in accounting (taxation option) from the University of Virginia.

with specialized tax services is a necessary and important service offering for Leesburg.”
In conjunction with the ribbon cutting ceremony, Blue Ridge Tax, Inc. will hold an open house
on December 20, 2010, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Hartman.
